No. The Lore and Legacy is a heritage storytelling brand. Our experiences focus on history, architecture, culture, traditions, and human stories rather than sightseeing logistics.
Our first chapter begins at Chowmahalla Palace in Hyderabad, with future chapters planned across Hyderabad and other remarkable places in India.
Use the contact page or email us directly. We will share availability, experience details, and any preparation notes before your visit.
We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, share updates you request, and improve the guest experience. This may include your name, email address, phone number, booking preferences, and messages you send to us. We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted tools to manage email, forms, analytics, or payments, and those tools may process information on our behalf. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
By booking or participating in an experience, guests agree to respect the site, its staff, local rules, fellow guests, and the cultural sensitivity of the place being visited. Experience details, timings, routes, and inclusions may change when required by weather, venue guidance, safety needs, or operational conditions. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience, and joining after commencement cannot be guaranteed.
Personal photography is welcome unless otherwise restricted at the venue.To preserve the experience for all guests, audio or video recording of the guided storytelling is not permitted without prior written permission from The Lore and Legacy.
Intellectual Property
The storytelling, written content, research, visual materials, branding, and other original creative works presented by The Lore and Legacy are protected intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, recorded, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from The Lore and Legacy.
If an experience is cancelled by The Lore and Legacy, guests will be offered a reschedule or refund. If a guest needs to cancel, please contact 48 hours before the scheduled experience so we can review the booking details and available options. Venue fees, third-party charges, or already committed costs may be non-refundable where applicable.
